  • We offer lease terms of 6 and 12 months.
  • What is the pet policy?
  • No pets.
  • How do I apply?
  • You will need to complete an application and sign the Rental criteria form. A $35.00 processing fee will be required to begin processing the application. Call our leasing office at 972-988-0901.
  • Where can I pick-up the keys to my assigned unit?
  • Your keys will be available on the day you have scheduled with the Leasing Office as your “move-in” day. The name on the lease must be the person who picks these keys up. All keys will be held at the Leasing Office which is open normal business hours.
  • Can I get my deposit back if I cancel my application?
  • Depending on the circumstances, residents can usually get a refund on their deposit. Request to cancel application must be in-writing, 30 days prior to check-in date to be eligible for refund.
  • What do I do if I lose my keys?
  • Go to the leasing office, it may have been turned in. If not, we will change the locks and get you new keys for your safety. You will be billed for the cost of replacing the lock(s) and keys.
  • How do I make a maintenance request?
  • Call the leasing office at 972-988-0901 to submit a Service Request.
  • What if I have a maintenance emergency after office hours?
  • If you have a maintenance emergency after hours you will need to call the office phone number 972-988-0901 and follow the instructions given by the service. Please be sure to leave your name, apartment and phone number, along with a brief message describing the problem. An on-call maintenance person will return your call.
  • When is the rent due?
  • First of the month.
  • What forms of payment do you accept for rent?
  • Check, Money order, or Cashier's check.
  • How much are late fees, and when are they applied?
  • $35.00 on the 4th and $5.00 per day until paid in full.
  • What is the cost of breaking the lease?
  • 85% of one month's rent.
  • What is the deposit?
  • 1 bedroom - $150 and 2 bedroom - $200
  • How much of the deposit is refundable?
  • All.
  • Is there an application fee?
  • Yes, $35.00
  • What is the policy on guests?
  • Anyone staying more than 2 days you need to notify the office.
  • Are there hook-ups for washers and dryers in the apartments?
  • Yes in select units.
  • May I sublease my apartment?
  • No.
  • Are there any limitations on decorating my apartment?
  • None, but you must return the unit to the way it was when you moved in before you move out.
  • Is renters insurance required?
  • Yes, it is required.
